This home is located in the heart of Spring TX and just 15 minutes from Old Town Spring, for some of the best shopping or local dining experiences in Spring. You'll be within minutes of the major highways like 249, i45, Beltway 8 giving you easy access to the rest of Spring, and then Houston. Only 30 minutes away from downtown Houston as well, you’ll never run out of exciting things to do and see!

This magnificent home greets you with high ceilings, a spiral staircase and a grand piano as you walk through the front door. Large windows usher in beams of light, creating a brightly lit space ideal for entertaining. Play some familiar tunes on one of the 2 pianos in the entrance area or take the edge off with a game of ping pong as you settle in. Relax on recliners in the media room while you stream your favorite shows or movies on the large, mounted smart TV. Kick back and relax on the adjustable bed in the primary bedroom after unpacking. All bathrooms feature techy toilets that will make you want to go all the time! Enjoy a quick breakfast or a morning coffee on the kitchen table or bar top. Enjoy formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 8 at a time. Ultimately make sure you relax in the heated outdoor pool or warm up in the outdoor hot tub while you barbeque your favorite meats on the back patio grill.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms, and an additional 2 people on a spare mattress stored in the closet (total 14).

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, a walk-in closet, a free-standing jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a TV and a connected bathroom with a dedicated single vanity and a bathtub shared with the adjacent bedroom (#3).

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, and a connected bathroom with a dedicated single vanity and a bathtub shared with the adjacent bedroom (#2).

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin beds, and a connected bathroom with a dedicated single vanity and a bathtub shared with the adjacent bedroom (#5).

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, and a connected bathroom with a dedicated single vanity and a bathtub shared with the adjacent bedroom (#4).

The home also includes two half bathrooms each with a single vanity, one located downstairs in the main house and second one located outdoor by the pool.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Garage parking available for up to 1 sedan vehicle. Additional parking available in driveway or by the street.
- Please note that larger vehicles and trucks (including models such as the Nissan Titan, Toyota Tundra, RAM 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Ford F150 or longer) will not fit inside the garage as they are too long.

Guests will check-in using a smart lock keypad.

A code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

You could also decide to drive a half hour to Houston where you can experience world-class museums, cultural eats, lots of traditional and fine dining and shopping at its best.
