Upon entrance into the home, you’ll encounter an expansive and bright open concept that includes a seating area with a large flat screen TV, a dining table for six, and a spacious kitchen with a long island and stainless steel appliances.

The large master bedroom overlooks the pool, offers direct access through a patio alcove, and has a spectacular en-suite.

A second bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace.

The third bedroom also houses a large, plush bed and comes equipped with a private bathroom.

Outside, experience a private oasis—enjoy a swim in the luxurious and impeccably-maintained pool, find peace in the natural elements surrounding the space or relax on the patio or deck, all of which is enclosed by a tall privacy fence.

Cleanliness Assurance:

This property follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

-Cleaning crew utilizes global health agency-approved cleaning & disinfectant products and wear PPE to help prevent cross-contamination.
-Each room is cleaned using an extensive cleaning checklist.
-All high-touch surfaces are sanitized after each stay.

This house complies with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request 
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time.

*Late check-out is only applicable if requested prior to your checkout date and there's an associated fee depending on how late you want to check out.  
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $100.
This $100 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

-Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

When it comes to interacting with guests, I'm flexible. I'm always available to advise guests on restaurants and attractions to visit while they're in town.

There is a park nearby that is easily accessible from my home.

Considering the home is located in central Houston, adjacent to two major freeways, there's always an Uber/Lyft in the area.

The home is quite tech-savvy, but don't worry, there will be a manual that will walk you through each feature and if that's still not enough, I'm a quick phone call away.

At your request we offer paid, elevated amenities such as an on-site chef, early check-in, late checkout, on-site masseuse and picnics. Most of these services require advanced preparation so please inquire ASAP.
In an effort to keep everyone and everything safe, it is important to take note of the following:
Check In> 04:00 pm (or after) | •Check out> 11:00 am
You will receive check-in instructions at your scheduled check-in.

•Events & Guests> Only guests listed on the reservation permitted, no unauthorized parties & events allowed. [There is a fine per person for unauthorized guests]. Approved events have additional associated fees/deposits paid prior to stay.

•Parking> Maximum of 6 vehicles permitted; 4 inside gate & 2 on street.

•Pool> 5’ deep & no lifeguard. Please swim responsibly; I’m not liable for accidents. Pool heating must be requested 1-day prior to your check-in. During the season in which we offer pool heating, please be cognizant that it's not a feature that we can guarantee to be operational. By any chance that it's not operational, you will be able to receive a refund of the amenity fee.

•Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises.

•Bugs> Bugs, flies, ants, mosquitos, etc. on the outside of the home are inevitable therefore we do exterminate regularly (inside and outside) to discourage them from being a nuisance while you're relaxing outside and to eliminate any environment for them to thrive inside of the home.

•Cleanliness> Please use white / black towels as suggested to help prevent stains of any kind and fees that can be associated with unremovable stains. There is a $60 fee if bodily fluids are found and a $20 fee if trash is not secured properly in a trash bag upon check out.

•Lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry.

•Furniture/Damages> In the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location. Broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls.

•Pets> Yes pets are welcome, please ensure they are added to the listing. Please also keep the following in mind during your stay:
- No pets on the furniture.
- No pets to be left unattended.
- Please do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet.
- Please clean up after your pet.

•Event & Gathering Policy

We’re happy to host special moments! If you plan to hold any event, celebration, or gathering during your stay, please notify us in advance. Additional event fees will apply based on the total number of attendees, including both overnight guests and any outside visitors.


If your event will have more than 12 total attendees, your reservation must reflect at least 12 guests (even if fewer are staying overnight) in order to comply with Airbnb’s policies.

If you have 12 or fewer guests, please simply list the actual number attending.
