Cozy house, amazing backyard

The house is nicely put together, providing for a very cozy interior with ample public space in the living room-kitchen-dinning room area. The backyard with its jacuzzi and pool and the grill provides a great set up for evening meals with the whole family, overall an amazing place to stay at, easy to get in and out, and close to the Woodlands City Center.

Great stay in the Woodlands

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The instructions were very easy for the spa and the pool. It was clean and had all the supplies. The hosts were readily available for questions and were really great at making sure everything was right. I would highly recommend this property and this host.

Weekend Family wedding

We stayed in this lovely home while we were here for a wedding in Houston.The location is amazing and an easy drive to Montgomery to visit Family and the venue in North Houston, The area has grocery stores and restaurants all within a manageable driving distance. Traffic was not issue. The pool and hot tub looked relaxing, sadly the weather was cool, I highly recommend this hone!

Spring break

Our stay was amazing! I don’t like staying in the mix of the crazy city, so it was perfect location! Very clean and the esthetics were very pleasing to the eye. If I had to critique anything, I would for extra towels lol! I just don’t like using the same face towel I bath with to wash my face. Overall no complaints all positive energy and feedback. The boys really enjoyed the house as well, especially the cool back drop in the dining area. Great home!!

Comfortable Spa House

The house was very nice and accommodating. The spa, kitchen and grill were very accommodating. The only issues were the dishwasher was clog prior to us arriving and it smelled. Also the main bathroom toilet leaked water and every 5 minutes it ran. Brought to attention of owner with email a few times with no response. We had to hand was all our dishes. It would be a five star if owner responded.

Backyard Oasis

The property was clean and nicely decorated. TV’s were in every room & the pool & jacuzzi were amazing!! Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of wonderful walking paths. The property owners made us feel very welcomed! Thank you for our great stay!

Woodlands Storage Unit Pack up

This property was clean, well furnished, and very conveniently located. We visited to pack up a storge unit near the property that we rented when my company sent us overseas. The property was just what we needed and where we needed (within a mile of our storage unit). The neighborhood is nice, safe, and very conveniently located in the Woodlands. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and spa which looked very inviting. I definitely recommend the Stony Bridge property!

Overnight for my son’s engagement

I can’t say enough good about the hosts of this property. VRBO communication tools didn’t work but they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that I received all of the communication timely. The house was very comfy for our quick overnight trip!

Better than Expected

We have stayed at various VRBO properties in the past, usually for vacation purposes. Rachel's offering has been the best by far. The home was stocked with all the little things that truly made it a "home away from home". This trip for us was related to a family medical issue, and Rachel's thoughtfulness and hospitality took the weight of housing accommodations completely away. Great hosts!

The home is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants and great parks. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were wonderful to have and our family really enjoyed it. Fantastic home!

This house was perfect for our graduation guests from all over the country. The living space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family. The design of the home is excellent for many guests and afforded plenty of privacy as well. The pool, hot tub and back porch area were well appointed and delightful. Serene and spacious!

We had 7 adults with plenty of space and private time. Thank you Rachel and Calvin for all the amenities in the kitchen and, it may be small, but truly appreciated the extra toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, regular towels and so many coffee pods! Short stay

Almost 5 stars. The house was clean, quiet neighborhood and spa heated up fast. The musty, wet dog smell was quite strong and the master ceiling fan had a loud clicking sound. Other than that, all was well.
