The staff was very friendly and the property was in excellent condition. We did see bugs or ants in the room. The front desk said they would take care of them.

When I asked the front desk clerk about receiving my Hilton Honor rewards for choosing to stay at a Hilton Hotel , I was informed that I would NOT be receiving any rewards because I booked thru a third party room sales. I explained I had been a Hilton Honors member for over 5 years and have been a loyal customer and that was why I choose to stay with Hilton. I was visiting Texas for my mom's funeral and needed air transportation and a rental car as well as a room for three days. I feel as if I was penalized because of some agreement Hilton has with a third party sales group. As a loyal Hilton honors member I was staying at a Hilton hotel. Should I choose Marriot next time I make a package trip to another state? Please advise.
The room and hotel was clean. Plenty of plugs to charge all of my electronic needs. What you expect from a Hamtpon Inn
I chose it for the location. It looks just like all the others I have stayed at. Nice staff, clean room. Everything you would expect. I asked for transportation to the airport and they said they would order a "taxi." What I got was a town car that cost $120! Not nice!
