Disliked: Cleanliness
I was not given the check-in instruction until I was at the property and had to call to get them. The kitchen counters were dirty as well as the floor in the living room. Most of the window blinds had broken slats and the one in the second bathroom was so bad there was paper towels to block the area of the broken slats.
