This property was close to the freeway, but far enough from the freeway did not hear any of his noise.
i like the building colors, the room was a little hot but overall nice view and nice people so it was a great experience
Room was dirty and we had bugs crawling on floor and sheets.
Great breakfast and price. Right between Galveston and Houston so that was convenient. Also very close to Kemah boardwalk. Staff was amazing.

The staff was friendly with genuine smiles. Comfortable. I did report the shower lever that controls the temperature setting was broken, but we made due. There was no maintenance personnel on the weekend. Other than that...perfect.
For some reasn I thought this hotel was better than we found it. Lacy at the front desk was cheerful and pleasant as we checked in. We found that the hotel did not offer shuttle service to the cruise port. Thats fine we can obtain some local transportation and hrlp some local person. When we went yo the room we found the carpet to be stained and thread bare at a seam which was a bit of a trip hazzard. When went in to ready for bed the fsucet leaked when it was turned on and soaked our toiletries that were near by. When we retiretd I noticed the clock said 11:05 which seemed about right to my body clock. When we awoke the clock said 11:05 and we thought we must have ooverslept. Fortunately not as our cell phones confirmed. Then the real kicker came as we went to shower - MOLD AROUND THE TUB SURROUND WHICH HAD MANY LAYERS OF CAULKING and JUST LUKE WARM WATER!!!! So all in all I would have rather booked with the Holiday Inn Express next door!!
