Such a beautiful apartment with all what you need available. A walkable place to any site in the medical city and tram is 5 minutes away. The owner is very friendly with great communication whenever you reach out. Highly recommended place if you are visiting Houston. The only thing I had to buy was an iron.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and we could hardly hear it. Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The space itself was perfectly adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, which made a huge difference after long days. The location was ideal—just minutes from the Texas Medical Center—and being in a gated complex gave us an added sense of safety and peace of mind. Our host was wonderful, extremely helpful, and very easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience seamless. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
