Serves the purpose

The front gate did not lock creating a security issue. The front door main deadbolt was difficult to line up and lock The handle lock could not be locked from the inside at all. The water in the shower waswaa barely warm enough to stand. The dryer doesn't work.almost cold

Check-In Delays Ruined Our Experience – Would Not Recommend

Our experience at this property was unfortunately overshadowed by poor communication and lack of accountability from the host, Renee. I initially reached out to request an early check-in but didn’t receive a response for over five hours, finally hearing back around 12:30 PM—just two and a half hours before the scheduled check-in time of 3 PM. At that time, Renee informed us that the cleaning person had an emergency and she had to find a replacement, but assured us someone was on their way. When I followed up at 2:30 PM for a status update, she never responded. Instead, we were left waiting until 5 PM—two hours past our promised check-in time—without any updates. I had to contact VRBO customer service twice just to get any information and to gain access to the property. While she did offer a late check-out of 1 PM, it didn’t make up for the delay, especially given that our stay was further disrupted by the fact that there was no hot water on the property. When we reached out to Renee about this issue, she showed little concern and never once apologized for the inconvenience. The property itself may have been fine, but the lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and disregard for guest experience made for an incredibly frustrating stay. I can not recommend this rental based on our experience with the host.
