Completely renovated bungalow in the heart of League City w/ historic charm. Used to be a train ticket depot building & nestled under centuries old pecan and oak trees. This adorable home is walking distance to 3 parks, dining & shopping as well as many other conveniences. Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk less then 10 minutes away & 30 minutes to Galveston & downtown Houston. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located.
