Its not a 5 star hotel, but i hv seen worse. Its dated, but was clean and no roaches

A lot of roaches. I couldn't believe how nasty this motel was. It needs to be taken off Orbitz

Friendly staff -- located in bad part of town, but I knew that before coming. I needed a cheap place to stay. Not bad considering that.

Nothing out there. Weird location. Lonely building

Wanted handicapped accessibility room. Room was big enough for a wheelchair but could not get into the bathroom to take a shower no hand rails for him to get to the toilet too. Not a roll in shower accessible. Said it included continental breakfast, nothing was available. Not worth the 80 bucks I paid.

It is next to the rail track which is very noisy the whole night

Desk staff was DRUNK put me in the wrong room some one had a key and walk in my room will i was sleep A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE

The hotel was very nice looking when we drove up. The office staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed, including directions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston area, especially the Reliant Center area.

Bullet proof glass on the lobby counter. That's all I have to say.

The hotel was very nice looking when we drove up. The office staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed, including directions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston area, especially the Reliant Center area.
