Clean, cute simple

The ONLY mot so greatness thing was the neighborhood. But that didn’t really Matter bc the property was perfect and CLEAN. Beds were comfortable. Snacks were even left for us Would definitely stay there again.

Nice home

The home was pretty nice. Yes the neighborhood doesn’t look appealing however it was actually very quiet and family friendly. It was close to a lot of things, easily accessible to hwys. The master bedroom didnt have adequate lighting. It only had 3 small lamps on the nightstands and when I asked about it with management I didnt get a response. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The landlord special

We had a group of 6 women and 2 guys. We booked this property for the beds and that was about the only good thing about this property. We also booked it for the sake of having two bathrooms/showers. Within the first day one of the bathroom showerheads fell off the spout and hit me in the head while showering.. it looks like they tried to tape it on. There was no way of reattaching so I contacted management and let them know. They informed me that they would not be able to fix the showerhead during our stay. So we had to share one shower between six women and two guys…. Unacceptable. Another night we were staying there the door battery died around 11 PM. Which means we were not able to get inside of the house. Don’t bother calling the number on the listing as they never answer the phone anyways. I messaged the host numerous times about being locked out. Around 1 AM is when I gave up and decided to call customer service to see what they could do. Customer service contact to the host and then the host was able to fix the door-but still not able to fix the shower. When booking I made sure to ask the host to have 8 towels- 1 per guest & I was assured that there would be 8 towels. When we all arrived (long flights). We all needed to shower and get ready for dinner reservations that we had that evening… there were only five towels so three of us did not have a towel to use and therefore were unable to shower. As we were leaving for our dinner reservations the cleaner showed up and was able to get a few towels but it was already too late. The cleaner was very kind to us and left us with a few other supplies. The host we’re not timely with their responses or with handling issues that arose. I will not stay at this place again and I would not recommend it to others. Additionally it looks like they purchased this home and flipped it. It’s in a very sketchy looking neighborhood.

Arrived at the property to a cut off notice on the front porch. The property had no gas heat or hot water which left us homeless for our stay in Houston I don’t recommend booking through Vrbo at all

Excellent location close to Downtown

This was an excellent stay! Remodeled home in an “interesting “ neighborhood. At first glance the neighborhood seems a little suspect but it was very quiet and the couple neighbors we saw and spoke to were friendly. Beds were fantastic and house was very clean. Only had some minor cosmetic items but it is nothing to even worry about. (Shower door in master bath is difficult to open and some grout that dried on top of tiles hurt to step on) Central Air conditioning worked amazing for the downstairs. We did not use the upstairs but there are 2 AC’s that I assume work well. The location is a short Uber trip to Minute Maid park and some amazing local breweries and bars. Would absolutely stay here again if back in Houston someday!
