First time me and my wife have been for 15 years. Stayed in one of the bishop suites(53), absolutely amazing experience. Had food in the Knight restaurant and again, truly amazing. The staff are a credit to the castle!! Cleanliness is second to none. Already booked for December 😜👍👍

Stayed two nights. We booked a twin room but were disappointed that the beds were hard, the room was small and the WiFi kept cutting out. We mentioned this to the reception staff who were very helpful and offered to move us. The next day we were moved to a room in the courtyard, It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, plus the WiFi signal was good. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of variety. We ate one night in the hotel bar which was cosy and did great cocktails.

This was a lovely, clean hotel and the building is gorgeous with a lot of atmosphere. The bar staff were particularly friendly and they served amazing cocktails. The breakfast was very good too!
