Beach Bunny Bungalow, Wifi, Cable, Loads of Parking

Located across the street from the Roscommon park and beach, we offer our paddleboat for daily rental too. This Villa is a year-round favorite! So cozy and cute, you will be able to ride your ATV down the street to the trails or take the beach wagon across the street, or your kayaks, and spend the day at the beach on Houghton Lake. In the winter you can ride your snowmobile‘s across the street and have immediate access to ride on the frozen ice. Located two doors down is the most popular Tavern and eatery ( The Back Door Saloon) Most popular place in town to have drinks and a large menu of delicious food that you can eat in or walk back to your Villa or take to the beach doesn’t get any better than this for a small cozy rental.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

We will be coming to stay here again
For this being our first time, using Vrbo to rent a place out for a weekend we had the best experience you could ever have. The house was so clean everything was updated. It was beautiful and the view from the parking lot you could see the water. The beach was a five minute walk down the street. I cannot wait to do it again. I cannot wait to come back and stay here at this cute little beach bungalow.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was immaculately clean, updated and decorated so cute! It was very cozy! Also, the owner was great - giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely go back!
