The house is 5 minutes from the Lake Balboa area and super access to all the July 4th weekend festivities this year and the most incredible fireworks show with a to-from shuttle bus around the corner to avoid a car parking problem and take the house mats, cooler and kids. Lots of activities at the Lake Balboa, food trucks, music and lake fun with kayak and boat rentals. (Note: I will be available 24x7 for remote help on any home issues and after over 2 decades and being a active business/community leader here I can provide you with the best info for whatever you plan or want to do during your stay...I suggest arrive on July 2nd and depart the following Monday or Tuesday to take in the whole region and all the things to do. I can activate most home tech remotely to help and if required special 2 way security help. This beautiful property features 1 Cal King bed in the master bedroom, the relax bedroom has dual full recline leather sleeper chairs, washer/dryer, WiFi, AC/Heat/Propane fireplace, ceiling fans, Kitchen has all the usual stuff and there is a 5 gallon glass pump container that always has the fresh natural spring water from Hot Springs. If you know the history of the famous springs and spas in the Hot Springs region you will understand why I keep the house stocked with the fresh pure water for drinking and cooking. With 2 full bathrooms, master has large therapy jet bath and tall shower with dual sinks. Living room has a great audio/video setup and the master bedroom too. House is fitted with dual micro filter air returns and a EcoBee/Alexa climate control with Alexa in both sides of the house. This cool house offers everything you need for a phenomenal stay. The location in HSV is excellent for access to the largest lake, great restaurants/bar-lounges and golf courses...all 5 minutes from the house and the easy gated access to quick runs into Hot Springs. Hi-Tech features for lighting, audio/video and security. If you need to work access there is a unique home office and computer/printer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Owner has Texas theme home, NASA space program work memorabilia and books about travel and leisure in the region or Art history, Space program and NASCAR theme collection. Easy flow open space living, full large garage and owner leaves the gated access cards and garage door opener for ease of travel in and out of the gates and vehicle storage. The location and access to anything you want from trails to Hot Springs, the lakes or golf...you name it is the best location in the Village and when its too hot or a rain shower hits......its a relaxing spot to read, rest or watch a movie.
