Welcome to this Super Cute Townhome! The décor is well done, SO Fun and Inviting, with special Little Nooks everywhere to Relax in!! Located near the West gate, nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by trails and lakes, this spacious 2 bedroom townhome is great for a family fun stay, a girlfriend's getaway, or a quiet romantic escape, and of course your PET is welcome. Sip wine in the sunroom, or enjoy a competitive game night around the large dining table. Nearby, you will find a Beautiful Walking Trail with a Bridge (great picture spot!) to Lake Desoto, the Marina, and fishing pier!
This home is 2 stories with the bedrooms and two baths located upstairs. The view outside the Master Suite feels like a Treehouse, and there is an Office space located in the Master, as well. The bathrooms are "Hollywood" style with the shower/tub in the middle, a commode and sink on the Master Bedroom Side, and a 3/4 bath on the other. The Kitchen is well equipped for your needs and has nice appliances. There is a Powder Room on the main level. You will be so pleasantly surprised by this Adorable space!



Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
