Listing

The listing was misleading. We thought there was 1 bedroom upstairs, 2 on the main, and 2 downstairs. However, there isn’t an upstairs. Instead, there are 3 rooms on the main. I would suggest saying 3 rooms on the main floor and not say upstairs at all. Also, the room off the living room has a queen bed instead of a king. I think that should be changed on the listing. Other than that, the house was really nice and clean and everyone enjoyed being there.

Family Vacation 2025

My family thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home. It was so spacious! We have 2 little ones so when we put down to sleep, we didn’t have to worry about the noise we were making because the house was so big!

Had a great time with family at this home. Plenty of space to spread out when necessary. Lots of tables and chairs to gather for mealtime, games and hanging out. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the trees. Our host was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly before our trip. Would recommend this to anyone!

Great place for a group

This is my tennis team’s second year to stay at this beautiful house. The view is awesome, the house is very clean and well equipped, and the host is great to work with. What more could you ask for. This is and will be our home away from home for future tennis tournaments in beautiful Arkansas!

Nice for a family gathering

Communication was excellent, check in/check out very easy. The kids enjoyed the game room. The space was such that different family groups had space. The high chair and pack & play were very nice to have. The view is beautiful, especially at sunset.

Family mourning

First off it's an amazing home. Very spacious with a beautiful view. We rented this to accommodate our family while in town for our patriachs' funeral. While we could gather together for the service, this provided an excellent retreat for our family.

Beautiful Home and View

We really loved this home. It was the perfect size for us all to be together but to also be able to have time alone when needed. The view from the balcony was phenomenal so we spent as much time as the weather allowed out there. Kenny was kind and checked in to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this home to others. The drive to downtown Hot Springs is about 25ish minutes so we didn’t go there every day. But it was close enough to go enjoy the Park and other activities in Hot Springs.

Perfect for a large gathering

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There were 12 of us in our gathering (7 adults, 4 children, 1 dog), and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is expansive and appropriately equipped. The adults spent most of their time on the deck, which has gorgeous views (more beautiful than the photos)--whether it was clouds descending on the mountains or even a rainbow after a storm. But the children could not get enough of the game room--an old-school Nintendo, foosball table, cards, and space just for them. Kenny, the host, responded almost instantaneously to any question we had, while check-in and check-out were a breeze. We are already planning our next trip to this lovely property.

You'll love the view.

Our over 70 ladies' tennis team attended a tournament in the Village. Everyone was in awe when they entered the house. It's a beautiful home with an amazing view. It was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our team well. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any request. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was rated at the top of our list.

Golf trip

The house is beautiful. The views are awesome. We had 10 guys stay and everyone was very comfortable. The golf courses were close and amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hot Springs Village.

It was refreshing to stay at one of these larger homes that is as nice as the pictures show. The owners have gone out of their way to add touches to make sure all needs are met and you feel at home!

Wonderful Stay

Cousin reunion met all our expectations. We had nine adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the outside deck and sat out there each evening for dinner and conversation. The firepit was nice too. The dining room table was large enough for a full family card game! Everything was clean and the large kitchen was great. We lacked for nothing. Thanks!
