All Levels of Fun and Relaxation await you at this wonderful lakefront townhome! All things outdoors are available to you at this Hot Springs Village Community. The home features a king and 2 queen beds equipped with famous puffy beds. Outside of this lakefront home is a 2 level deck to relax upon. A kayak is available to use and just across the cove is is a cafe and marina where you can rent more kayaks and get a bite to eat. Bring your boat and keep it on the private dock while you stay
Miles of hiking trails, water fun on the 6 big lakes, and for the golf enthusiast 9 courses to choose from. Historic Hots springs is just a short drive to the south.
You will receive the door code 24 hours prior to check in time. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through
INSIDE THE VILLAGE - You can purchase a `5 Visit` pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities: Coronado Fitness Center : One Day Pickleball : One Day Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours Outdoor Pool : One Day Kayak/Stand Up Paddleboards at Desoto Marina

Excellent accommodation. I have stayed in many rentals on Lake De Soto due to my aging parents living there. This was hands down the best property we have stayed at. We will be back! Thank you for all the amenities and not posting a fake. Appreciate you.

We have traveled to the village at least 1-2 times a year for the past 13 years and this was one of, if not the best place I've rented. The home came as advertised, clean, spacious, well built and maintained. The location is perfect, the kids loved being able to use the kayak and fishing off the pier was excellent, including a 24" catfish! We definitely look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay. Kam made everything super easy. There was a water leak on the last night we were there and Kam said there would be a contractor there that next morning. We enjoyed our stay. Three levels to spread out!

Nice Townhouse on Lake DeSoto
We enjoyed staying at this nice townhouse right on Lake DeSoto. Super comfortable recliners in the living room! Super comfortable beds. Loved sitting outside and watching the sun set on the water!
