DeGray Lake Resort State Park’s 18 hole championship golf course, world class hybrid bass fishing and some of the best mountain bike trails in the state are just a couple of miles away. Whether you are watching the ponies run at Oaklawn or attending the Battle of the Ravine football game in Arkadelphia, this home is conveniently located just 1 mile off scenic Highway 7.

The comfy home will welcome you after an adventurous on the links, shopping in nearby Hot Springs or exploring Hot Springs National Park. The home features a king size bed and private bathroom in the master bedroom. The other two rooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom in the hallway. There is a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen adjacent to a dining room. The covered back deck is a great place to grill burgers on a charcoal Grill or have a fish fry.
