Went off piste from my usual radisson in the brygge. Decent enough food and a good location for business but absolutely nothing around the hotel to do of an evening so next time I suspect it will back to the city

It is not very close to the airport if that is what you looking for, but was ideal for me. Very nice breakfast and super clean rooms. At first it seemed the hotel looks dated, but it is not. Had some issues with internet connection in the evening, but the next day it was fine. Very good experience in gerneral!

Good nights sleep and close to some offices which worked well for my trip to Norway. The breakfast was ok, seen better. (eggs a bit tired and dried out) Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Really good hotel with very helpful staff. We came in from the US unfortunately at a bad time because we had zero sleep on an overnight flight but it was like 8 or 9 in the morning in Norway. They let us check in way earlier than they had to and we were able to catnap. There's a Kiwi supermarket walking distance in one direction as well as a sort of autozone type of store where you can get phone chargers and camping equipment from the nearest main road and if you walk the opposite direction it's a longer walk and probably too far if you're older or with kids, but there's a suburb town with a McDonalds (probably the cheapest you'll be able to buy coffee, food in Norway!) and a nice shopping mall with a pharmacy, electronics stores, and whatever you need. I strongly suggest this hotel as a first stop to get your bearings and stock up on groceries and stuff before exploring Bergen proper. We took a light rail train to a close by stop to the hotel but it's still a bit of a walk from the train stop. May be a bit much if you have a lot of luggage. If you only have a carry on roller you'll be fine. Take advantage of the breakfast spread at the hotel it's quite good!

This place is obviously run with minimum staff to cut cost. Expect to wait 20 mins or more for EVERYTHING. Checkin, service at the bar, a waiter.... And «self service» has been out of order for months. Restaurant is overpriced, selection was poor, and our food was burned. I guess they get by since there is NO other food to be had nearby.

Very nice for a chain hotel. Room was sort of small, but adequate. About 1/2 mile walk to the tram stop to go to the town. Cost about $5. each way. Pleasant, friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. A lot of the other guests seemed to be there for business. Also seemed to be a popular stopping place for tour busses.

A very nice hotel as soon as you go in you will most probably want to take pictures. Nice elevator, nice music, nice playground, glass elevator, nearcthe train it takes half an hour to the city centre. Nice breakfast, Modern rooms I was satisfied with my stay there this weekend.

I chose this hotel for my stay (June 2017) because of its proximity to both Bergen Airport (3.8 km) and Troldhaugen, composer Edvard Grieg’s home and museum (7.2 km). Public transportation options were: Taxi ride (Kr.250) Flybuss return ticket (Kr.155) Tickets can be bought online or onboard. Light Rail to Sandsliwegen (95 Kr./24 Hs pass) and a 15 min walk by a winding pathway. *Note: If you are travelling with lot of/heavy luggage I’d recommend you taking a taxi. The bus stop is on the main route to Central Bergen (then you’ll have to cross the road through a bridge and walk 700 mts uphill, to the hotel) - Location: Not centrally located but very beautiful surroundings. I managed to get to the nearest train station to Troldhaugen (called Hop) with the help from the staff memeber at Front Desk. The path to the Villa and Museum from the rail stop can be a bit tricky. Look at the historic site reviews for info. - Front desk: Easy Check In/Check Out with nice, professional staff. The room was ready at arrival. They kindly lent me an umbrella and adapter when required. - Room: Standard room on 6th floor, good-sized with amazing views. Mattress/pillows were very good. No safe. No USB plugs. - Bathroom: Clean. Good water pressure/temperature. Shampoo/Shower gel dispenser. Magnifier mirror. Wall mounted hairdryer. Plenty of towels. - In-room Coffee/tea facilities: No - Continental Breakfast: Complimentary, with good & fresh selection, served at a spacious dining room.. No (visible) power/USB plugs. - Wi-Fi: Ok. - Gym: Nice, well equipped and, once again, great views. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, clean and very spatious (we're a family of 4 and stayed in a family room). Large modern lobby. Underground car park included. Nice and friendly staff. Located outside Bergen but just next to a city train/tram stop, so it wasn't a problem.

Very good breakfast buffet and free parking. is excellent. Also the Rooms are extremly welll. the Staff is friendly and also the time in the hotel was great. The location to the airport is not far away.
