Villa Verano Sunrise Home - Luxury beachfront villa Perfect for groups

Sunrise Home is the entire first floor of Villa Verano. It is located right on the beach in Hopkins Village, Belize. The first floor has a grand suite which includes a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, and convenient laundry room. There are 5 bedrooms which can sleep up to 20 people. Each room has its own 5 gallon jug of purified water, mini-fridge, coffee maker, safe, large flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron, and towels. There is wi-fi throughout the entire villa.

Some of the amenities include bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, a trimaran, 70' swimming pool, hot tub, A/C gym, and a games rooms with a billiards table and ping pong.

Sunrise Home comes fully staffed with housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, security, and concierge. We offer daily and customized meal plans prepared by a private chef and wait staff, and offer kitchen and bar stocking as well.

We are licensed tour operator and can assist with any marine and inland tours, and domestic transfers.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
