Needs a deep clean, comfortable, pretty

Pretty property, booked last minute and no problem with the instructions or entry. Comfortable, but the shower doesn't work (very weak, keeps dropping to stone cold or scalding hot halfway through) and the kitchen/bathroom both need a deep clean not just a wipe - had to wash up everything in the kitchen cupboards before use. Without this would be a very nice stay, as is can't recommend sorry.
