Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the location. The cabin is right on the lake, and the backyard and lakefront views are beautiful. It’s a great setting if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub was unfortunately not working during our stay, but the host let me know on the day of arrival. It was a minor inconvenience, but I appreciated that the owner communicated with us and worked to make it right. The inside of the cabin is a bit dated and could use some updating and maintenance. In particular, the upstairs bathrooms are very small—almost cruise-ship sized—and quite dated. There were also several smaller things throughout the cabin that could use some repairs or attention. That said, the outdoor space, lakefront setting, and views are definitely the highlights. With some updates and maintenance inside, this could be an even better property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host being responsive.
