We had an absolute blast staying at this cozy studio for our family's first few days in Hawaii – it was the perfect launchpad for our island adventures! The location in Waikiki is unbeatable: just steps from the beach, shops, and shave ice spots, making it super easy to dive right into the aloha vibe. The space itself felt homey and clean, with everything we needed for a group of six (comfy beds, full kitchen, and that stunning balcony view to soak in the morning sun). It really felt like our own little slice of paradise. A quick note on the amenities: The 6th-floor pool and BBQ area were unexpectedly under construction during our stay, which threw a small wrench in our plans for kiddo swim time and outdoor cookouts. That said, the hosts at Pacific Hale stepped up immediately with a sincere apology and a generous concession to make it right – talk about top-notch service! They were responsive throughout, from parking tips on arrival to smooth checkout coordination, even accommodating a slight extension when traffic hit. My family stayed at 3 different condos while in Hawaii and all agree this was easily the best. Clean, great location (only a couple minute walk to Waikiki Beach), parking included, felt safe, excellent communication, comfortable beds, bathroom in separate closed door from sink and mirror (important when you have a group), and have supplies for you like umbrellas, towels, etc

Great Family Vacation in Waikiki
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Waikiki. It is very close to the beach and the property is older but very well maintained. Even thought the condo is only 1 bedroom, we all squeezed in all 5 of us and had a wonderful time. The location was also good because it was close to beginning or south side of Waikiki which allowed you to walk all the way down the strip from the condo and back for great shopping. We were happy to find some beach toys in a large bin which we used and also left some toys behind that we bought when we left. I would honestly be interested in purchasing a condo like this one for my family to use every year we enjoyed it so much. The staff in the lobby was very nice and helpful. The parking was perfect in the parking garage with a provided permit. The management of the condo was very prompt in communicating and addressing any issues we had which were minor things. All in all we had a really wonderful time and would definitely come back to the same place again. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time and made many lifelong memories.
