Newly constructed premium home near beach park. This spacious home is ideal for larger families. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely family friendly. Everything you will need from grocery shopping, outlet shopping, hiking and beaches are all within a 10 minute drive.
9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, hot tub, 3 balconies, bbq area, spacious kitchen, elevator, and ample parking.
* Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.

Perfect for a Family reunion
I can't say enough nice things about this property.It fit our family perfectly. The location overlooking the park allowed us to celebrate a 100th birthday at the park, enjoy coffee down by the water, and take in beautiful sunrises.The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen supplied with everything we needed. Appliances worked and the hot tub and bbq were a bonus.
