The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Perfect Waikiki Vacation Residence
Stayed here for a week-long family vacation in Feb 2024.
Many positives such as:
- Easy reservation process through VRBO
- Recommend downloading app to your smart device to easily read/reply to messages between property manager and yourself, if you haven't already
- Easy property check-in process on day of arrival
- Tower where unit is located has several security features to discourage those not staying at the unit from wandering the tower's hallways
- Unit is easy to get settled into as your Waikiki residence: full kitchen with rice cooker, extra large sink and dish washer, laundry/dryer set, comfortable linens/beds/living room set up/bathroom spaces, vacuum cleaner, spacious balconies with balcony furniture, beach towels and boogie boards, and air-conditioning units for those who run hotter/cooler than Oahu's near perfect temperatures.
- Easy pre-departure checklist and checkout process
- Property manager makes you feel welcome throughout your stay
- Valet parking staff are very helpful and very fast with vehicle retrieval
- Impressive views of Kuhio Beach, surfers, SUPers, and those strolling eastern part of Kalākaua Ave
- Easy access to Kuhio Beach, Kalākaua Ave restaurants and shops, and to H-I to venture beyond Waikiki area.

Wonderful location, best ocean view
John’s property had an excellent ocean view, was in a great location (where all of the main shops were and right across the street from the beach), and clean and plenty of room for me and my friends. Had a lot of amenities, and when I asked for an amenity he had it delivered over. John also had great recommendations for restaurants. I would go back again!

The property was very clean and organized. The view from the room was gorgeous also. Check in & out process was easy to follow. The whole experience through the visit was beyond the expectations!!! I would love to come back for the next visit.
