Clean, convenient to beaches, basic groceries, restaurants and walking paths. The parking garage was handy. No view, but not a big deal. We liked the loads of natural light, and had plenty of towels and good beach chairs. The property shows some wear and is dated, but well maintained. You have to pay for laundry.
