Available on a month to month basis, this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasts 1,850 sq.ft. of interior living space and over 500 sq.ft. of outdoor living space. This includes the marina side covered patio off the living area. The open interior living space flows from the luxurious chef's kitchen to the dining area, then through the living area out to the patio, the dock and into the marina. A half bathroom conveniently services the downstairs living area. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom boasts beautiful views of the marina and ocean as well as iconic Koko Head Crater.
This townhome is located within the Gateway Peninsula which affords the use of a beautiful pool and well-kept grounds. As the name suggests it is located at the Gateway to Hawaii Kai. You will find a beachfront park, boat launch, waterfront dining, and much more within walking distance. Hawaii Kai also is home to world famous snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.
Fully furnished including all linens, cookware, etc. 1 assigned covered parking included with street and guest parking available.
Utilities included: Electricity, gas, cable/internet, sewer and water.
