Pool and gym closed - we paid for executive room upgrade but the reception staff didn’t tell us the exec lounge also closed and we had to complain to get some ( not all) of our money back. Hotel has a decent location but overall we felt they could have done more to explain what was going on and not charge for specious upgrades
