Great helpful and friendly staff. Roof top pool is very nice.

Great hotel with amazing food! the buffet is just under $50 but is a luxury buffet with unlimited wyagu beef, ox tail, jamon and other luxuries. Our wifi didn't work.

We stay only for 2 nights. I felt little claustrophobic with the small space. The location is quite good.

Good place to stay but the location left much to be desired.

Room was clean, useful and small for a party of three but perfect for couples. Rooftop pool was dealbreaker vs other hotels in the area or vs Central (downtown) hotels. Hotel was 3 minutes walking distance to Starbucks and trains which get you Everywhere essential. Buy 24 hour pass for sightseeing via train well worth it

There was a welcome drink & nuts while the staff processed my booking. It took a while but it was not a chore to wait in the bar. Nice clean lobby & room.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff always helpful. It's not luxury but really good price for value and there's everything you need. Only downside: the breakfast... not that great.

The location is excellent; 2 mins walk to the MTR station and a ton of various great restaurants within 5 mins walk. The room size is considerably big for HK. However, the hotel is obviously not managed by the western management. Having housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:15 AM on a Sunday asking to clean the room was not a pleasant experience when traveled 8000 miles the day before. Don't forget your "do not disturb" sign when staying there.

hotel is 5 min walk from metro station but room was small, tv was so old it was a tube tv, the jaccuzzi is just a jetted portion of the swimming pool not hot. It was a decent place but for the price I would look to something a little newer.

This is not a very big hotel which is good in a way. Can get to hotel from airport with shuttle bus HK$150. The MTR is only two blocks away from hotel, very easy to get around.

The staff is amazing, the location is right next to the Metro, the rooms are good, the amenities are great - I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hong Kong.

Internet didn't work all weekend and they said too bad it would be fixed on Monday. The pool water was too cold and I must say this was the worst visit to a normally good hotel.

We spent a week at the Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay for spring break. Family of 5 split in two rooms. Great location for public transportation and next to Victoria Park which was great for us to just get out and play for a while. Breakfast was included and was very good each morning. The staff was great the rooms had great views of the harbor. Overall it could not have been better. Highly recommend for a mid level price range.

It was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived we knew we'd be taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is also great for eating delicious things. And it is incredibly close to the subway.

Average experience at this somewhat old hotel. It was nice to get an upgrade to a suite that overlooked Victoria Park.

Got harbor view room. Nice view, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean and newer interior. A few minutes walk to the subway, bus stops and tram stop. Many local noodles and bakery shops along the walk to the subway station.

When my wife and I booked this hotel we did so partly because of the price. The hotel exceeded our expectations and has definately been one of the better international city stays we have had. The Metropark Hotel is a fine hotel in a very convenient location across the street from the Blue line of the Hong Kong Subway. The location is within 5 minutes of the subway enterance and 10-15 minutes door to door to locations in Central Hong Kong. The subway ran every 3-5 minutes to downtown and in my opinion this makes the hotel a great deal and a great option to staying in the more expensive central region. We were greeted and helped throughout our stay by very helpful and courteous staff who provided the attention and service that you'd want from a hotel in an international city. We were immediately upgraded to a suite based on room availablility and we had a commanding view of the city and the harbor from the 21st floor. A nice feature is a compitent eastern and western style buffet for less than $10 USD per person each morning. I am general adventerous and eat outside the hotel during my travel but always enjoy a quick quality breakfast to get a faster start on site seeing. I travel for business in many major US cities and my wife and I travel internationally on vacations and felt this hotel performed well...and very well for the price. I think that sometimes people can be overly picky in their reviews about a hotel, and I would be careful in reading any comparisons where the visitor compares a $150 room to a $350 dollar room. I and my wife were very happy with the service, quality and location of the Metropark and would come back.

Ok hotel and location. Probably was at one time a 4 start hotel but doesn't compare to more current 4 start hotels. Would give it 3.5 stars. Fitness room and pool are small. More than 5 people in the fitness room would be crowded. The pool is outside on the roof, so that was nice. More than 10 people in the pool would be crowded, too.

This is a great location and the nicest 4 star hotel that we have stayed in Hong Kong. The service was great and so was the food. The bellmen were very helpful in coordinating taxi's and shuttles for us. Very reasonable price for such pleasure.

It was pleasant overall.
