Wonderful hotel with outstanding service

This hotel is in a wonderful location and the service is excellent. We had some issues with our rented vehicle. We tried to contact the agency. We don't speak French. Raphael at the desk called for us several times. He went above all expectations to help us. He patiently made several calls and our issue was eventually resolved. The rooms here are very nice. The breakfast was outstanding and beautifully served.

Best hotel in Honfleur. Staff was incredibly attentive, ready to help with dinner bookings etc. They have a private parking area nearby which is convenient since parking is tight in town. Raphael and owner Victor were absolutely lovely from beginning to end. Room was spacious with rustic features and modern amenities at the same time.

The hotel is right in the heart of Honfleur and super walkable. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and were helpful with tips and suggestions for navigating the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a visit to Honfleur.

Great stay. Victor was a fantastic help with checking in, meeting us at our car to grab our bags and directing us to their private parking. He also secured a dinner reservation at a great restaurant next door. One of the best dinners we had on our French vacation.
