Newly renovated lakefront cottage with central AC, great covered deck with very flat lakefront and great dock for your boat on very peaceful Honeoye Lake. We also have a paved driveway for your car and located on a very quiet street with great views of the Bristol Hills. You can also book vrbo listing 472103 2 doors away for additional space(2 bedroom, 1 bath with AC and fully updated. ) one free night when booking 3 nights from 11/15-3/15. We have a 3 night minimum in July and August.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
