Our rental was clean and exactly as described. Was a small issue getting access using the electronic key pad, but once I called, they came out and corrected the issue. Great location. Close to restaurants and bars. Was a nice quiet street. I would definitely stay there again.

Place was very clean and in a great location. Had a couple issues that made us leave a day early - we could not take a bath as the only time the water got hot was if you used the shower. Tried to fill the tub with shower and the water was too cold to use by the time it filled up. No TV in either bedroom as well. Other than those things it was an ok place to stay.

Very cute, clean, and great location. The 250.00 cleaning fee was a bit exorbitant for a two person, two night stay. Understandable if you had an entire family for a week that left the unit in need of a deep cleaning but for just my Wife and I for a minimal stay you would be hard pressed to determine that we were even there. The water pressure in the bathroom was lacking, and the hot/cold water temperature settings in the sink and shower were a bit of a challenge to get dialed in with any consistency. Easy access and good parking. Safe neighborhood. Homosassa is a fun area with multiple restaurants and plenty of outdoor/nature amenities to participate in.

Never talked with the host? Only talked with a property manager? Disclosed the issues the unit had, there were a few of them. I won’t stay at this property again.I was a VRBO host many years ago. I always contacted or met with renters. Today’s world is different and it’s more of a buyer beware. There is no customer service anymore?
