Late 19-century designed for modern living and comfort. 16 feet high ceilings with intricately designed walls and frescos, built by one of the leading French industrialists, whose name is engraved on the Eiffel Tower. Bike on the grounds or to nearby chateaus. Get lost in the spectacular forest and discover surprises throughout the magnificent property. Visit the many grand chateaus of the Loire Valley less than an hour away by car. Enjoy outstanding French cuisine (Michelin rated restaurants), wine tasting, and visit the villages and sights of a region preserved in time. Grocery stores and boulangeries are all nearby. Kickback, relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the secluded and majestic grounds. The level grounds provide a haven for walking, running and biking. The chateau's grand outdoor terrace is perfect for dining and exercise (yoga). Prepare culinary delights in a modernized kitchen and cozy-up to the large wood-burning fireplaces in the spacious living room, music room and family room.
