This is a two-level home filled with cozy alpine details, including exposed beams, a stone hearth, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to gather with family and friends. In the summer, step out to the side deck to fire up the gas grill and take in the fresh Tahoe air. In the winter, curl up inside by the wood-burning fireplace as the snow falls outside.

The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals and offers both a breakfast bar and dining table. After dinner, break out the board games for a fun family night. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi add convenience during your stay.

This cabin sits in the heart of Homewood, less than a mile from the ski lifts at Homewood Mountain Resort and just blocks from the lake. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, and Tahoe City—with its dining, shops, and year-round activities—is only 7 miles away. Northstar and Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) are also within driving distance, offering even more skiing and summer recreation.

Parking:
* Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
