This brand new upstairs apartment is created for comfort. We want guests to feel welcome and encouraged to enjoy all Homer has to offer. This one bedroom one and a half bath home has a large open kitchen, dining, and living space. Plenty of space to visit, cook, and create memories with loved ones. Master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, all clean linens, a television, and en suite bath with a luxurious soaking tub. The living area couch transitions into a sofa bed for those extra guests where there is a television, access to a half bath, and an insanely beautiful view. Coffee, wine, and snacks are complimentary and waiting for you. Homer is one of the top places to visit in the country and we are so happy you are here!

This upstairs apartment has a spacious private deck overlooking the Kachemak Bay. There is a small set of stairs leading up to your private entrance from your separate parking area. Downstairs is a second apartment that has lovely long-term residents. Although children are welcome to stay with you, this home is not child-proofed and therefore is not considered safe and suitable for children. For your safety this home has an exterior camera at the front entrance as well as an exterior camera that faces the deck. Moose roam freely around Homer, Alaska and may wind up in the yard.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

    A comfortable stay

    What a place! There are so many things that set this apart from other vrbo's we have stayed at. Let's start in the kitchen. There was a lovely welcome snack basket and coffee/tea station awaiting our arrival. High end utensils with just what you need for your stay. It's super cozy and so clean with minimal decorations for my toddler to get into. The welcome snack basket and coffee/tea station sets it apart from ptherThe soaker tub was incredible. The bench at the island is so cute! It's beautifully decorated with minimal things for my toddler to get into, which I really appreciated! And the view, Incredible!! Now onto the bedroom/bathroom. The soaker tub was amazing and Landry in the closet is a huge plus! The bed and sheets were like a dream. Side note: the water gets very hot, very fast. My only negative is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you for providing such a great place for our weekend!

    This is a beautiful place to spend a few days. We booked 3 and added a 4th night. We enjoyed the location, comfortable bed and modern, well appointed accommodations.     Amazing place with beautiful views that was perfect for our two night stay in Homer. There is a tenant in the downstairs unit, but it’s completely separate and we never saw or heard anything or anyone. Everything seemed brand new and we very much appreciated the welcome gift.     My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights in Homer at this great vrbo. This house is minutes away from the Spit, restaurants, and stores. Maranatha's attention to detail and amenities provided far exceeded our expectations. The king size bed and linens are the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The deck and large windows provide an excellent opportunity for viewing the ocean and mountains. We look forward to our next trip to Homer at this vrbo.

    Three Nights in Homer

    My husband and I recently visited Alaska for the first time and spent three days/nights enjoying all that Homer has to offer. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our charming and cozy apartment! Everything was brand new, tastefully decorated and very well appointed with everything we might need during our stay. (The welcome goodies were so thoughtful!) Check in was a breeze and Maranatha (manager) followed up with us the next morning to make sure everything was good and that we had everything we needed. She also was extremely responsive when we had a question about the Wifi. The location was perfect, within minutes of downtown and Maranatha had provided reccomendations for dining and activities before we even arrived. Overall we were very impressed and would highly recommend this place when visiting Homer!

    Everything you could need and more!

    I have stayed in properties all over the world and this is by far one of the best! The property was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need! The bed was super comfy (albeit a little high) and the bathroom gorgeous. The view was spectacular and if you wanted to have a meal at home, cooking was a breeze. Highly recommend this property!!
