The breakfast and chatting with others staying in the B&B is the best part. Maria can cook. Bought her cookbook, some of her preserves and some canned smoked salmon for home.

The view is probably the reason to book this property. It's breathtaking. But the reason we'll remember it is the host. Maria was wonderful, and prepared a delicious breakfast every day with local ingredients. Breakfast time was a great setup for brief social interaction with other guests.
Maria is just the sweetest ldy. She is so welcoming and provided such a homey atmosphere, we loved our short stay at her home. The breakfast she cooked was awesome. Fit for a king. She gave us a lot of great info about Homer. Where to go, where to see the eagles. She is just the friendliest person. Thabk you so much, Maria.

Very nice and friendly owners. Breakfasts were excellent and large. Tims water wildlife tour is excellent. His fishing trips are good too. Highly recommend!
We booked for 1 day. We went in to check in at 12 am and the host told us "water pump is broken you can stay here if you want for no water tonight or I will cancel reservation & refund your money you guys can go check in at a hotel down the street". We told her to cancel the reservation and went ahead and checked in a hotel down the street. IT is been close to 2 months since this happened no refund, no response and orbitz customer servervice wasnt able to reach out to the host Maria. thanks.
I travel a lot and this has been the best overnight experience I have had. I have never felt so welcomed anywhere. We stayed one night and by the time we left it was as if we visited an old friend. I believe my 2 year old even gave our host a hug. I would and have already recommended to several friends the next trip to Homer they have to stay here. My stay here was the highlight of our trip. When you wake up you have a breath taking view right from your bed. The breakfast was amazing and so was the bonding with people who really seem to care and take pride in where you are and the town you are visiting. We even bragged to one of the local shops on Homer Spit and the lady knew Maria and agreed she was amazing.
