There is no chance of missing breakfast, as once it stops, brunch comes out, and when that stops, lunch starts...👍👍👍 All the amenities are more than adequate, with use of the Gym etc..... All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly .....and a big thank to Simon for making me well so welcome upon my arrival and throughout my stay....👍

It was a lovely staff. First of all, there was plenty of space to park the car. We were then greeted by a lovely guy at Reception and check in was fast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Great hotel, food, service and location

Great location with easy access to the A55 North Wales Expressway. The 32A restaurant is outstanding - good value and excellent choice and quality of food. Highly recommend and will plan to stay again. Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious.

I had travelled up to attend a funeral in the nearby location, with the wake at the hotel, where we had a lovely buffet. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and I was made to feel very welcome, the food was very nice and well presented The Manager even carried my bags out to the outdoor seating area where my sisters were seated. I have no complaints

You know your in the right place when the car park is full. Restaurant food is excellent, place is spotless, lawns like bowling greens and staff were friendly. Safe car park and free parking. I'd stay again. Not disappointed, glad I booked it and I'd do it again. Hope your stay is as good as mine.

Faultless hotel, great for a relaxing break

I cannot fault this hotel. My partner and I had a lovely two-night stay. We opted for a classic double room and (unlike other standard double rooms I’ve stayed in, where you can barely move around the bed) it was a great sized room with a huge bed. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good - hot buffet and also cold bits (ham, cheese, yoghurt and fruit, croissants, etc) - something for everyone. Restaurant 32A was so good we had two dinners and a lunch there - the food was really good, staff were attentive without hovering, manager was great. We swapped tables at one point because it had a slight wobble, and the restaurant manager had fixed it by the next morning. There is no swimming pool in the spa but there is a large sheltered spa bath/hot tub out on a terrace which is really lovely and perfect to dip into after enjoying the sauna and steam room. The gym has lots of equipment and also some classes in the studio if you get up early enough! The changing rooms were spotless. We each had a 60 min massage during our stay, which was excellent. My partner has eczema and the oils they use are all natural and were very nourishing for his skin. There isn’t much in the local area in terms of places to go. A couple of nice restaurants and some pubs, but all are quite far from each other so not viable unless somebody in the party is willing to drive. Thankfully the hotel bar is such a nice environment that staying in the hotel is no hardship. Would absolutely stay again.
