FREEZING!!!

The property is a nice barn conversion, the downstairs bedroom is small and the upstairs room is not private as it doesn’t have a door. The biggest issue for me is that is was freezing cold and none of the radiators works. They make a big thing of providing logs for the fire but who wants to make a fire when waking up first thing in the morning or when arriving back late?? I was working so came back one evening at 10pm, it was colder inside than it was outside. I’m sure it’s fine in the summer I would not stay here the other 10 months of the year.

Excellent short break

Excellent accommodation of a very high standard. Very spacious, comfortable and homely with welcoming log burner. Sheltered and private outdoor area with own firepit. Quiet and peaceful location for a family break. Helpful and welcoming hosts.
