2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with ocean views nestled in picturesque Kona Coffee Villas. Higher elevations, and mountainside complex presents an ideal setting for your Hawaiian Life Style.

After a day at the beach, sink into one of two comfortable sofas in the living room and enjoy the cool, calm atmosphere. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, guest bedroom offers two twin sized beds, both include all linen and bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions and bath/facial towels. Primary bath includes 1 Flat/Straightening Iron. You'll also find an in-unit washer/dryer w laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron/ironing board and ceiling fans throughout. We have included two luggage racks per room for easy access to luggage items.

This condo includes one assigned/covered parking space, has been recently remodeled, includes all new stainless steel appliances, blender, food processor, rice cooker, panini maker, Keurig Duo coffee maker, French Press coffee pot, microwave, vacuum and complete/full with supplies including pots/pans, Kitchen Aid hand mixer, bakeware, silverware, glassware, storageware, dishware, dish towels, place mats, etc. For outdoor fun there are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, beach mats and beach towels. With tons of natural light, floor to ceiling windows and a fully furnished lanai, you will feel right at home in Hawaiian Style.

At the Kona Coffee Villas, you'll have access to the development's fantastic amenities, including newly renovated pool & child wading pool, tennis/pickleball courts, BBQ & picnic gathering complex with access to our onsite Manager. Conveniently located just a short, scenic drive from downtown Kailua Kona and Keauhou Bay, you'll have easy access to lots of shopping, restaurants, and other fun activities and attractions.
There is an additional safety product
(Prepared Hero Fire Blanket) in the kitchen as well as several battery operated flashlights and lanterns in the event of any power outages. The property provides on site patrolled security to all residents also helpful during any power outages.

AMAZING ALL THE WAY AROUND

Nalani & Momi our awesome hosts went completely over the top, from our arrival to our departure and everything in between. A beautiful goodie basket was the first thing to great us which made us feel super special. This unit is decorated beautifully and all the amenities, can't say enough about how welcome we felt. In short they made us feel like family. Highly recommend this special place.
