Surrounded by meadows and pastures is our comfortably furnished holiday home in the small village Holtgast-Fulkum. The house has a very quiet location and is a few minutes drive from the beach in Bensersiel. A large playground and lawn at the house invite you to relax and play. For our guests are also an outdoor grill, garden furniture, washing machine and dryer available. The furnishings of the house is in the East Frisian style and the kitchen is very well equipped! In Fulkum there is a bakery, which also offers a small selection of other foods in the assortment. Larger grocery stores and shops for shopping are available in Esens! Our house got from the DTV 3 stars!

On 80 sqm living space you will find 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, sep. Dinette, as well as new bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house is child friendly and has a high chair, cot, potty and toys for indoors and outdoors. The windows are equipped with fly screens.

Wir bedanken uns von Herzen dafür das wir in diesen wunderschönen und mit Liebe gestalteten Haus unseren ersten Nordsee Urlaub verbringen konnten. Wir waren sehr überrascht von dem herzlichen und lieben Empfang, die Ideen und Informationen für Ausflüge und die Herrvoragende Ausstattung vorallen in der Küche. Aber auch Spielsachen für drausen( auch drinnen) waren reichlich vorhanden und hat unsere Kinder stehts zum soielen auf dem großen tollen Grundstück eingeladen. Die Kinder waren begeistert, in einem Ferienhaus, ein so liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer vorzufinden...toll...zufriedene und Wohlfühlende Kinder...was gibt es schöneres für Eltern und Großeltern. Die Umgebung ist mega schön. Man erreicht alles in kurzer Zeit mit Fahrad oder Auto. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder...und haben jetzt schon Fernweh. Die Vielfalt der Erlebnisse ist grandios. DANKE Fam. Gerne wieder

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schönen großem Garten der umzäunt/von Hecke umgeben ist, also auch hervorragend zum spielen für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und mehr. Super gelegen wenn man die Ruhe sucht und man ist trotzdem nicht weit von Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants u.v.m entfernt. Familie Spitzl (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Auszeit mit sehr gutem Pre

Das Haus liegt im mitten im Grünen und der nächste Nachbar ist ein paar Meter entfernt. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um einkaufen zu können und auch für die Ausflüge. Auf dem schönen Grundstück am Haus konnte unsere Kleine wunderbar spielen, besonders da ein Zaun bzw. eine Hecke alles absichert. Wir Großen konnten auch herrlich abschalten, denn man hat kaum Handyempfang, vom Internet Empfang gar nicht zu reden. Das Haus selber ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die maritimen Dekoartikel machen es gemütlich und persönlich. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist groß und bequem. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die frischen Blumen und die Willkommensleckerei! Mit Familie Spitzl hat man vor Ort sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner. Nochmal vielen Dank!
