The pretty seaside town of Bude is only 11 miles away with its vast sandy beaches, water sports including surfing, and a plethora of shops and independent cafes, pubs and restaurants that make this a great day out. Walking enthusiasts will love the rugged coastline walks and a visit to Clovelly offers stunning walks. North Devon attractions for families such as the adventure parks, The Milky Way (14 miles) and The Big sheep (17 miles) are situated on the North Devon coast and the North Devon Aqua Wake park (14 miles) If you wish to go a little further afield the North Devon beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe and the pretty Cornish villages of Port Isaac and Tintagel are all within a 40 mile drive of the property.

Step into this delightful garden and open the doors to your holiday home. Walk into the large, spectacular lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas and watch a movie or two on the impressive Smart TV. The large kitchen/diner has everything you need to entertain and cook up some of your favourite dishes and impress your friends and family. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a super-king-size zip-and-link (can be made into twins on request) and a double bedroom alongside a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC. As you walk upstairs, there are a further four bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with a WC, and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Completing this floor, there are a further two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and WC, and one shower room with a WC. Completing the accommodation, there is a utility room which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside, you have a choice of two gardens; both of these are enclosed safe places for children and your four-legged friends. The luxurious hot tub with patio furniture makes a wonderful place to relax whilst the other garden is filled with tropical flowers and palms, and has a charcoal BBQ, and patio furniture.
