TranquiliSea is a beautiful duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in this upstairs unit, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and family room. It represents the absolute best value on the island with a large private lot and extensive accommodation! The bedroom layouts offer complete flexibility for any combination of guests – extended families, parents, and teenagers, or groups of friends. It is the perfect blend of togetherness and individual privacy. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs plus a new 60' LED TV in the family room. Of course, the home is equipped with cable and high-speed wireless internet.
Everyone comes to Anna Maria to enjoy our beautiful climate so the outdoor entertaining area is designed with a resort-styling. The upstairs unit has a private balcony and shares a fully fenced saltwater pool and outdoor grilling area with the downstairs unit. There is a full outdoor dining set and lounging patio with modern pool furniture. The pool offers complete privacy with lush landscaping and no view from neighbors. There is no need to bring beach accessories - the shared storage shed includes various beach toys and pool floats, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, children's life jackets plus two wagons to take all of the goodies you will need for a fun-filled day to the beach.
Tranquilisea is situated on a huge corner lot with mature trees and extensive landscaping. There is on-site parking for up to 3 cars for the upstairs unit. It is only a 2 -minute walk to the beach and there is a free island trolley stop directly outside the property.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES*** Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Overall a very nice place and a good location
Not too far from the beach (5 min walk) and central to a number restaurants (10 min bike ride to many good ones), a nice place to stay overall. The washer and dryer were handy but could have been cleaner (I won’t go into detail). A few more places to hang wet towels would be appreciated. Overall a nice place and would think about staying there again.

Great Stay on AMI
What a great location! Property was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Sato Real Estate was easy to work with. Short walk to the beach with chairs and a beach cart provided. The pool and garden were our favorite!
