The bedrooms at Buena Vista 3 are very comfortable with each room offering premium hotel quality linens and a smart TV as well. The master suite has a King bed, balcony access and gorgeous master bath. There is a second master suite with a King bed, balcony access and luxurious en-suite bathroom with day spa feels. The 2 other guests rooms offer a King bed and 2 Twin beds. 2 additional guests can sleep in the living room area on the King sleeper sofa. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. We enjoyed staying at this property with a small group of friends to celebrate our dear friend's 60th birthday. We were impressed with the location, small building, and cleanliness, not to mention the quality materials (silverware, multiple coffee makers, serving platters, variety of dishes, and cookware). We hired a private chef in for the birthday evening and she was impressed with the tools to work with. This home has walk on access to the beach and the pool was just perfect with the waterfall and hot tub. The homeowner took great pride in providing a quality vacation. We're booking again for an annual friends trip. Thank you!!!

Loved this high end condo. Great space for our family of six. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to ammenities - golf cart rental made travelling the island easy. Spacious deck provided a perfect view for one of a kind sunsets. Highly recommend.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. Very spacious and loved the layout. The very short walk to the beach was ideal for hauling all the chairs/toys out. There was a wagon available to help. We saw dolphins, manatees, sting rays, and enjoyed snorkeling for shells. The pool was also so nice. The property was an ideal location and we hope to return again soon!

Beachfront Dream
This beachfront condo was perfect for our extended family. It was spacious and very well appointed. The balcony was a perfect place to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The location and beach access was phenomenal! Close to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and having some shade during the heat of the day. Also, the management team was very responsive and helpful. We love it so much that we’ve already booked it for next year! Our only suggestion would be to include more household supplies, such as cleaning products, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.

The condo was amazing. Great location and excellent view. The kitchen was fabulous and the family room and outdoor amenities were fantastic. Plenty of room for 8 - rooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Loved having a washer and dryer! We rented a golf cart and had the best time!

Even better than the pictures
This house was better in person than the beautiful pictures advertising it. It looks brand new, was so very very clean, was spacious, the bbq and pool area were great, there was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon... I could go on and on. The beach was perfect and enjoyed from inside, on the patio and by walking out the gate. We had a large SUV that wouldn't fit in the garage but the spot provided outside was all we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we traveled to Holmes Beach again.

Great week on Anna Maria
The location of this property is great! Easy enough to walk up the beach to The Sandbar and down to Holmes Beach. We rented bikes and easily made our way to all other spots we wanted to visit.
The condo is beautiful and as listed. The only thing I feel they should add are simple household cleaning products & trash bags. I did not expect we would have to purchase paper towel, toilet paper, windex, kitchen sponges, trash bags, dish detergent, dishwashing detergent. For a rental to this scale those things should be included.
The only other issue we had was the lock on our door it was a bit tricky to operate. Apparently, the door was not entirely closed upon our arrival and is why it was not working. We made sure every time we used it to pull the door closed then operate the lock.
All in all it was a very nice condo and we had the best weather. We will return!
