Enter through the front door and be welcomed into a beautifully decorated coastal living area with two blue couches, wicker chairs, and a TV. The kitchen has basic culinary essentials, louvered cabinet doors, stainless steel appliances, countertops with breakfast bar seating, and a beachy dining room table.

On the main floor is the primary bedroom that features a balcony with Adirondack chairs perfect for sipping coffee in the island breeze in the morning. This bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, teal accents, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. Up the stairs are two King guest rooms with a colorful collection of locally sourced artwork, TVs, and views of the pool, and each has a modern ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the hallway on the second floor.

In accordance with City of Holmes Beach zoning regulations, all reservations for this property must follow a Saturday-to-Saturday booking schedule with a seven-night minimum stay.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home and the garage is NOT for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
