3 Min Walk to The Beach From Bailey's Escape Anna Maria Island

Bailey's Escape is a beautiful home just steps (4 houses from the beach) to the white powder sands. The neighborhood is "family friendly" on a private dead-end street that ends on the beach. It is conveniently located in the center of AMI, and just a 5 min. walk to dining, shopping, ice-cream and more! The island trolly stop is just next door and free!!

I decorated my home "beach chic" and invite you to enjoy it. The home is bright with natural light and beach décor. It has 3 large bedrooms : Master suite with ensuite full bathroom , and 1 king bed, 1 queen bedroom with large closet, and the 3 rd bedroom has 2 twin beds in a "kid friendly" or adult ready room. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a new queen (extra padded mattress) sofa sleeper. An additional queen air mattress is on site with linen if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, flatware, stoneware plates and more! The dining room table and island seating combo comfortably seats 11. The spacious fenced back yard is great for entertaining and equipped with patio seating, a gas BBQ, corn hole game and lot's more. There is even an outdoor shower and bathing suit hanger!

There is a beach wagon, beach umbrella, and beach towels on site for your use. Please ask us about concierge services during your stay with us. We are happy to help.

Bailey's Escape will be a home you will revisit through the years for relaxing, beach fun and memories forever!!!

Memorable vacation rental!

Bailey’s Escape is a perfect family rental property. The location is unbeatable. Centrally located between the upscale Anna Maria section and the busy Holmes Beach section, only a 5 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The very convenient free trolley stand is right on the corner on Gulf drive and passes every 15 minutes. This is a great way to get around without having to worry about finding a parking spot at the City Pier or Holmes Beach or Bradenton. (Parking in Bradenton is very tough and/or expensive in the pay lots.) The house is beautiful, very comfortable layout, and everything is new. They had everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, outdoor shower, BBQ, coffee machine with both pods and pot, wifi, smart TVs with all streaming services. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended!
