We had an amazing stay and truly loved this home! The location was ideal, just 2.5 blocks from the beach, making it so easy to head over for sunset each night. Those evening walks quickly became our favorite part of the day.The house had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the beach supplies, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.The pool was a highlight for our family, we used it every day, and we loved having the grill and tiki bar to make evenings at home just as fun as going out.The proximity to the trolley stops (both northbound and southbound) was perfect for getting around the island, especially for trips to Pine Street for shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to Small Town Creamery more than once for ice cream, it quickly became a favorite!Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return. This was one of our favorite vacations, and this home played a big part in that.

The fabulous tikki cottage

We absolutely loved the tikki cottage, that being said we did have a couple of issues but the rental company were so on the ball and sorted them the same day. We have been to AMI several times and this was by far our favourite accommodation. We hope to return

A wonderful place to recharge

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and the Tiki Cottage couldn’t have been a better place for us. We spent the week enjoying the pool, watching sunsets from the beach a couple blocks away, and exploring the island. The property managers at Anna Maria Life were fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and informed when Hurricane Debby rolled for the first couple days of our stay. They checked in regularly and kept us updated, which really put us at ease. Despite the weather early in the week, we still had a great time, thanks to the awesome accommodations and the great support from the hosts.

Great house and location!!

Great house, beds were super comfortable, the water pressure was awesome! Great location to the beach, several beach chairs that were already there. Only negative comment would be the house was ready at 3(we saw the cleaners leave) but we weren’t able to get in until 4 on the dot. The office said they would let me know if it was ready early but they didn’t.

Nice Property

Property was as described. Very quick responses to the couple of issues we had. The pool was great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. The only reason I'm holding back one star is because renters shouldn't have to buy toilet paper, Kleenex, and trash bags during their stay. We've rented about 20 houses over the years and have never needed to purchase these items before. Please upgrade and replace the janky vertical blinds at the patio door. Not worthy of your nice rental. For others wondering, no issue with the washer or dryer. They've either been fixed or are new. Nice property and a good value on AMI.

Tiki Cottage

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, fußläufig zum Strand. Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren in die Region. Das Cottage war bis jetzt die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Wir kommen wieder.😊

Very close to the beach! Great location!

This property was beautiful and very clean! It was only 3 houses from the beach and had an amazing pool and pool area. The location was close to everything. We rented a golf cart and had a perfect week on AMI 😊. We would like to thank Anna Marie Island Vacation Rentals for so graciously accommodating us in Willow Walk after our original home was unavailable after the hurricane. We cannot thank you enough!

Went whole week without washer and dryer with children

I went my whole stay without a washer and dryer. Then they said they would make it right. It took me $40 out of pocket and four hours out of my vacation time at the laundromat like most people having a washer and dryer is very important especially with small children. You go through lots of towels and lots of Changing of clothes. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy but I am me around 200 bucks back. They gave me 71 bucks and that includes $21 for laundry and I spent 40 out-of-pocket. There was a dead roach in the kitchen and I sent them photos of it. It’s OK I will never stay there again. Pool is a lot smaller than in pictures. The walk is pretty long to the beach. They do have tons of stuff for you to use but they really need to go through it. A lot of it needs to be thrown away. The house was very nice and seemed clean despite the roach. The outside definitely needed updating .

A+ Great rental, just understand a few things prior to arrival.

Wonderful location and residence. We love visiting AMI and this house was exactly where we wanted to be and was aesthetically perfect. The only issues we had was the Wash Machine broke half way through the week and despite calling the office, no one came to address. The other is likely just a personal gripe in that there were no additional blankets in the residence at all. The beds had one sheet and a cover but there were no additional blankets for lounging on the couch with or to place on the bedding at night if you were cold. I know, FL is hot. We are New Englanders and regardless always find ourselves wrapped in a blanket. Also, note, unlike some privately owned rental properties, there are zero condiments or cooking accessories such as oil, or the like in the property. Anything you need to cook besides plates, pots or pans you have to buy or bring. In some of the private rentals we've stayed at previously there have been cooking sprays, etc... Last note, there were no garbage bags and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will need to buy garbage bags and toilet paper as well when you stay here. Aside from those things we loved the place and would happily stay there again. Short walk to the beach, great neighborhood, plenty of room, beautiful pool, an abundance of beach chairs floats and tents and wagon to pull it with. A+ Rental

Perfect getaway

We had a great time at the tiki hut! Location was a short walk to the beach and a short distance to our favorite restaurant, the Ugly Grouper. The property management company was great! They were so kind and even kept our luggage until we could check in. Overall a great stay for our friend group!

A Perfect Stay!

The property is absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The backyard was amazing with a great pool and the tiki bar was awesome with the tv. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, which was really appreciated. All of the mattresses seemed new, which is usually not the case at a rental, and was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The location is fantastic, only a few blocks from the public beach access and a quick ride to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week which made it a lot of fun. We would 100% rent this unit again.

A little Tiki paradise

Other than some unfortunate weather, we had a great time. The house is cute and cozy. I would have liked more sun in the pool area, but we made it work. Tiki Hut was great, the pool was well maintained and perfect size for us. Distance to the beach, Pine Ave, Ugly Grouper and so much more is very convenient!! We love Anna Maria and hope to return again soon.

Wonderful Property

House and private pool were clean, short walk to beach, plenty of utensils and dinnerware, extra pillows, has a propane grill out back, plenty of space for a family of six. The tiki theme was awesome. The outdoor space with covered tiki bar was nice and private. Property management folks were quick to respond and answered our questions before arrival. Will absolutely stay again.

Summer trip

We had a great experience. Everything is just as it says! The only thing I would recommend is taking a few beach chairs if you want to lay out on the beach there are plenty of chairs but just the small ones and then like camping chairs the few beach chairs were broken. Which could have been from previous renters.
