This large beachfront home with spectacular views and an open floor plan has been recently updated inside and out, top to bottom. The fresh interiors, new deck and updated kitchen welcomes your whole family with accommodations for up to 12 people. Wake up each morning to the sound of the surf and a view of the ocean from all five bedrooms, offering direct access to the large and wonderful decks. The upscale, professionally designed décor and three ensuite bedrooms offer a luxurious retreat for all ages. The ground level den provides additional space for kids and adults alike to play games or watch movies. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen with granite countertops and gather at the large round table or you can enjoy lunch on the deck at one of the two pub tables with matching Adirondack chairs. Or, if you would rather have someone else cook, it’s just a short drive to Surf City’s downtown area where shops and restaurants abound!

The house was amazing and as pictured. It would have been nice to have more info about what was in the kitchen. It is supplied with all needed cookware and cooking tools but no spices, cooking ingredients of any kind so be prepared to bring or buy those. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed the deck and uncrowded beach! It was just far enough from town not to be busy or crowded, but close enough that we could ride our bikes the 2 miles to get ice cream, etc. We had to wait two additional hours before we could get in because the cleaning crew was behind. They did let us use the deck and the beach while waiting so we could enjoy ourselves. There were old clothes left behind in the outdoor shower and only one role of toilet paper in the entire house. Otherwise, the house was clean. Communication on getting in and how to leave the place was very clear and an easy process. Overall, we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the house and beach.
