Welcome to SoundSide Cottage! This newly renovated canal front property located in the gated community of Queens Grant gives you direct access to the ICW, beach, and an in ground pool.

This affordable home sleeps 8 and is equipped for fun in the sun with every amenity you need for a perfect beach vacation . Linens are included. Bring your boat or jet ski - there is a private ramp and your boat can stay in the backyard at your dock.

This brand new rental property is a recently renovated budget friendly canal front property located in the gated community of Queens Grant that gives you direct access to the ICWW, beach/ocean, and also an in ground pool.


There are 2 bedrooms with brand new queen beds and a loft area that has a brand new full over full bunk and also a queen bed. This is an open space and we do have a room divider for privacy that is stored under the bunk beds. Plenty of room to put the kiddos together while the parents relax. Each room comes equipped with a smart tv that allows access to all the networks. Linens are included - so leave those bulky sheets and blankets at home and let us provide them for you. The living room also has a brand new couch with a queen gel sleeper sofa. This home can comfortably sleep 8 and up to 10 in case of that last minute guest or visitor.


The well equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with every accessory you need to make the best meals. The Keurig allows a cup or a pot of coffee to enjoy the sunrise and all the barware you need to have a cocktail during a famous Topsail sunset. And best of all, you still get that water view while in the kitchen.

We do allow 1 dog at the rental - there is an additional $200 per pet fee. No cats.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops located within just a couple miles to check out when you need a break from the sunshine. No matter if you're a water or land lover, there's always something great to do!

All renters have direct access to the beach, the pool, private boat ramp and dock directly out your back door!

Gated community of Queens Grant in Topsail Beach that offers all ocean and boating amenities a renter could want!

Take your boat to Surf City to enjoy restaurants and shops or rent an electric bike for some fun!

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
