The house was fabulous! Great views of the beach. The kitchen had great space and was very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Everything was clean and inviting. I definitely want to go back again.

What a great house right on the beach! It had everything we needed, and more. My parents enjoyed the elevator for bringing bags to the top floor, and the kids loved the spacious bedrooms and quick access to the beach! Ingrid was an awesome host and kept in contact with us through checkout. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property with convenient direct beach access. All the amenities we needed. Thoughtful and responsive hosts. We hope to come back again!
Feels like a private beach - and not very crowded.
Beautiful home - five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, lovely outdoor shower, wonderful elevator, and all the cooking pans/utensils/etc needed!

Wonderful home, absolutely perfect in every way! All the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we felt so lucky being able to open the door and walk down the steps to the beach! The elevator made life easier, and the decks were perfect for watching the stars and listening to the waves in the evenings. Ingrid was kind and helpful, and we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

Love the Ocean

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! This place was so well stocked for cooking and lots of chairs for relaxing on the beach! It is located right on the beach!! It was beautifully decorated throughout. We want to come back here next year!! Thanks to the owners for making this thanksgiving a special memory for our family!!!

Great House for Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our family, including our adult children and grandkids. Extremely clean, well stocked and great floor plan for our group. Beautiful beach steps away and many amenities to make this a wonderful vacation home away from home. Host is very responsive and thoughtful. We can't wait to return!

Doesn’t get better than this!

It doesn’t get better than this rental home. And home is how it felt. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation, expansive spaces, beautifully decorated and superbly comfortable inside and out. The view is incomparable! We saw dolphins and a few reef sharks during the day and starred at the stars at night. The hosts are as good as it gets. They were incredibly thoughtful in helping us kick start two birthday celebrations, making for an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We are already planning a trip back!

Great week at Sea the View

We had a wonderful week at Surf City. Sea the View was a perfect home away from home. Perfect location, nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of fun in the surf by day and long walks and fun games at night. We will be back!

Perfectly located house on the beach that was very clean and quiet!

We stayed in November 2021 for five days. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was in a perfect location: right on the beach in a quieter part of the area, with no house in the lot directly to one side because it was a public beach access, so there was extra privacy because of that. The house was exactly as it was described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and perfectly maintained, with amazingly views. There were beach supplies on hand, a well-stocked kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and Netflix was ready on the main TV. Ingrid was an awesome host who checked in on us to make sure that everything was fine. She was very responsive every time we asked a question, and she is very professional and very friendly. We had no problems at all during our stay. We thank you for being so very accommodating to us. Everything was perfect and we will never forget our stay! We definitely hope to come back here again!

NOTE to future guests!! This listing does NOT include Sheets for the Beds or Towels!!!! I did not notice this when I reserved it and I thinks it's a very important detail. We had to go out late at night to buy these items and that was Expensive. Add this to your budget if you stay here. The house was great, the view of being on the Ocean is Amazing! Owner was nice in communication. Bedroom views are beautiful. Chairs on the deck are Perfect for seeing the view!! Parking area good. I would stay here again...the only downside is not providing towels/sheets. I don't think the blankets provided are washed in between guests because you have to make the beds with them prior to leaving. Kitchen is fully equipped. Overall experience with this house was great.

Amazing oasis dream!

This is our second time staying at the oasis! The house is immaculate, very comfortable for large families and is fully equipped with everything you possible need! The house was extremely clean, the views and ocean front is just simply breath taking! Ingrid is a very phenomenal and caring owner, always checking in making sure everything is ok. Walking a few steps to the sand, watching the sunrise, spending the day watching dolphins and listening to the waves, spending quality time with my kiddies and family are memories that will last a lifetime! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Oasis

We loved it so much last year, we booked a year ahead for this year! Hope to be back next year. They have beach supplies, games, and lots of kitchen supplies…..just a few steps to the beach. Amazing property!
