Not What Was Advertised

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had, especially given the price. The property smelled strongly of mildew upon arrival, and the kitchen table was sticky and clearly not cleaned. The listing showed and described white bedding, but what we got was noticeably different and not what was advertised.When I reached out with concerns, Alan called me directly and opened the conversation with “What’s the problem?”—which came off as dismissive and unprofessional, rather than helpful or solution-oriented.We had hoped for a relaxing and well-kept place based on the listing, but our experience did not match what was advertised or expected. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps future guests make an informed decision.
