First Floor: The entry level features a welcoming entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. The open-concept layout on this floor includes a stunning kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room, all designed with ample space for up to 10 guests. House is really nice, in excellent shape & in great neighborhood on the Southern part of the Island. There's a neighborhood pool/dock and it also has private beach access. Amenity wise the hosts really thought this out. There's a gazillion board card games, kitchen is very well equipped. Not to mention bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs and stuff in the garage. The location is key as your about a block away from everything on this end of the Island. So, restaurants, putt putt golf, roller rink etc are right "there" - you just walk down the street. Also close to the park, with pickle ball and outdoor concerts which are best enjoyed on the back deck of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - have family with homes on the island and would not hesitate to come back.
